Not as good as the NYC location
We tried pav vadas (fried potato patties on a bun) at Sukhadia's Edison location, and we were sorely disappointed. Service was extremely slow, and the manager was less than helpful, and totally unapologetic for the delay. The vadas themselver came in burger buns (that had evidently been microwaved), instead of the traditional puffy buns.
The pav vadas and other food at the Rockerfeller Center location of Sukhadia's is much, much better. Perhaps each location has a different owner, or perhaps it's that the New York City location is better run.
